Tacos de Asada

2 pounds boneless beef top sirloin, cut into thin bite-size pieces
salt
black ground pepper
Tortillas (corn)

toppings: optional
              chopped cilantro
              chopped onions
              avocado slices, cubes or as guacamole
              sour cream
              lime juice
              salsa of your preferred kind
              pico de gallo
              queso fresco (fresh mexican cheese)
              lettuce
              (optional amounts according to taste)
1. Season the meat with salt and pepper. And with other optional seasonings like garlic and onion powder or Carne Asada seasoning.
2. Heat pan and place meat to cook over medium heat. Stir while cooking until cooked as desired. (or grill the meat steaks first and then cut into strips or bite size pieces)
3. Once the meat is done cooking, heat tortillas with a bit of oil, so the tortillas do not fall apart while eating the prepared Tacos.
4. Place meat on tortilla and add all desired optional ingredients as toppings.
5. ENJOY!
