- 1/2 cup fat-free re-fried beans
- 3 tablespoons shredded nonfat cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 1 tablespoon rinsed drained canned chopped green chiles (optional)
Top each chalupa with half of the tomato, lettuce, sour cream, salsa and chiles (if using).
